Over the past two years or so my twenty year old furnace, hot water heater, and air conditioner have all begun giving me trouble. Rather than just go with my same old serviceman, I called Rob Hardman at Hardman Heating and Cooling. It was the depth of winter and I had no working heating system. My heating furnace and hot water heater were not performing well at all. Rob said he would come right out. Within an hour or so he drove up, with his assistant, and the two of them went right to work trying to assess the problem with my heating system.
Both Rob and Quinn (his assistant) were both courteous, knowledgeable, and determined to help me out. Rob explained to me each step he was taking to figure out the problem with my heat. Rob ending up ordering a part that was still in circulation and under warranty, filled out all the paper work, filed the request for the warranted part which saved me over a thousand dollars on my final bill.
I have great respect for Rob and for his business. His wish is to help people. He was born and raised in Rochester. He charges very fair rates. I'm sold on Hardman Heating and Cooling!
